Hardin City is a city located in the Big Horn County, Montana, United States. It is home to over 3384 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 3487, It is the 30th most populous in the U.S. state of Montana. It covers total area of 1.4 miē (3.63 kmē), making it Montana's 148th largest by total area.
