Harbor Springs City is a one of the Emmet County, Michigan, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 1567 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1547, making it Michigan's 364th largest. The city encompasses an area of 1.3 mi˛ (3.37 square kilometre), makes it the 406th largest by total area in Michigan.
