Happy Valley City is one of the city of Clackamas County, Oregon, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 4519 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 12643, giving it the 95th largest population among Oregon. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.7 square miles (6.99 sq km), it is the 98th largest in terms of geographical size.
