Hanley Falls City is one of the city of Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 323 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 285, making it Minnesota's 287th smallest. It has total area of 0.26 sq mi (0.67 square kilometre), it is the 58th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
