It is the 73rd largest in terms of population. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the census designated place has a total area of 0.97 square miles (2.51 kmē), of which, 0.87 square miles (2.25 kmē) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 kmē) of it is water, it is the 13th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Hawaii.
