Hammondsport Village is one of the city of Steuben County, New York, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 731 as per the Census data. Its population was estimated at 731 in July 2008, making it the 176th least populous in New York. The city spans an area of 0.37 sq mi (0.96 square kilometre), of which, 0.35 square miles (0.91 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 50th smallest by total area in New York.
