Hallam Borough is a United States borough located in the York County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of the borough was 1532 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 2867 in July 2008, making it Pennsylvania's 720th largest. The borough spans an area of 0.7 miē (1.81 kmē), making it the 930th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
