Guntown Town is a town located in the Lee County, Mississippi, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1183 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1723, It is Mississippi's 163rd largest by population . It is spread over 4.54 sq mi (11.76 square kilometre), of which, 4.53 square miles (11.73 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Mississippi's 118th largest by total area.
