Gunnison Town, Bolivar County, Mississippi is a town located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. It is home to over 633 people (2000 census). It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 585, making it Mississippi's 217th largest. It has total area of 1 square miles (2.59 square kilometre), of which, 0.97 square miles (2.51 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 70th smallest by total area in Mississippi.
