Gulf Breeze City is a city located in the Santa Rosa County, Florida, United States. The city has a population of 5665 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 6580, It is Florida's 391st largest by population . Its area is just over 23.55 miē (60.99 kmē), of which, 4.75 square miles (12.3 kmē) of it is land and 18.79 square miles (48.67 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 69th largest by total area among Florida. It is ranks ninth in the size of its inland waterways in Florida.
