Guernsey Town, Wyoming is a town of the Platte County, Wyoming, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Guernsey Town is home to 1147 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1072, making it Wyoming's 51st largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.09 mi˛ (2.82 sq km), of which, 1.07 square miles (2.77 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 53rd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Wyoming.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1147 people, 504 households, and 313 families living in the town. The population density was 1067.3 people per square mile (412.09/km˛), it is the 29th most populated town in terms of population density.
