Groveport Village is one of the city of Franklin County, Ohio, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 3865. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 5240, making it the 330th most populous in Ohio. The city encompasses an area of 8.01 sq mi (20.75 square kilometre ), of which, 8 square miles (20.72 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 126th largest by area in the U.S. state of Ohio.
