Grottoes Town is a United States town located in the Rockingham and Augusta counties, Virginia, United States. The town has a population of 2114 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2190, It is 179th most populous in Virginia. The town spans an area of 1.33 square miles (3.44 kmē), it is the 110th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Virginia.
