Groton Long Point Borough is a borough in the New London County, Connecticut, United States. In 2000, the population was 667. In July 2008, its estimated population was 681, It is second least populous in Connecticut. The borough encompasses an area of 0.45 square miles (1.17 square kilometre ), of which, 0.44 square miles (1.14 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the second smallest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 667 residents, 306 households, and 205 families in the borough. The population density was 1529.6 people per square mile (590.58/kmē), it is the 51st most populated borough in terms of population density.
