Greenville Cdp is a census designated place located in Piscataquis County, Maine, in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. In 2000, the population was 1319. It is the 19th least populous in the U.S. state of Maine. It has total area of 5.05 sq mi (13.08 sq km), of which, 4.2 square miles (10.88 sq km) of it is land and 0.85 square miles (2.2 sq km) of it is water, it is the 62nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Maine.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1319 people, 606 households, and 346 families living in the census designated place. The population density was 314.3 people per square mile (121.35/kmē), it is the 27th least densely populated census designated place in the U.S. state of Maine.
