Greenville Borough is a borough located in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 6380. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 6103, It is Pennsylvania's 218th largest by population . The borough spans an area of 1.95 square miles (5.05 square kilometre), giving it the 390th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
