Greenfield City is one of the city of Hancock County, Indiana, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 14600 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 18787, It is 53rd most populous in Indiana. The city encompasses an area of 8.07 miē (20.9 kmē ), of which, 8.03 square miles (20.8 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, it is the 60th largest by area in the U.S. state of Indiana.
