Green Hills Borough is one of the borough of Washington County, Pennsylvania, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 18. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 17, giving it the second smallest population among Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 0.93 sq mi (2.41 sq km), of which, 0.92 square miles (2.38 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 761st largest in terms of geographical size.
