Great Neck Village is one of the city of Nassau County, New York, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 9538. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 9923, It is New York's 195th largest by population . It has total area of 1.37 square miles (3.55 square kilometre), of which, 1.35 square miles (3.5 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 684th largest in terms of geographical size.
