Great Falls City is a city located in the Cascade County, Montana, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 56690 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 59251, It is Montana's third largest by population . The city comprises an area of 19.92 square miles (51.59 sq km), of which, 19.49 square miles (50.48 sq km) of it is land and 0.44 square miles (1.14 sq km) of it is water, making it the 16th largest by size in Montana. It is ranks eighth in the size of its inland waterways in Montana.
