Great Bend Borough is a borough in the Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 700 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 658 in July 2008, It is the 402nd smallest in terms of population. It covers total area of 0.27 mi˛ (0.7 sq km), making it Pennsylvania's 139th smallest by total area.
