Grayson Town is a United States town located in the Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, United States. It is home to over 134 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 135, giving it the 121st smallest population among Oklahoma. It has total area of 1.12 square miles (2.9 square kilometre), making it Oklahoma's 356th largest by total area.

The population density was 120 people per square mile (46.33/kmē), it is the 148th least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
