Grayson Town is a United States town located in the Okmulgee County, Oklahoma, United States. It is home to over 134 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 135, giving it the 121st smallest population among Oklahoma. It has total area of 1.12 square miles (2.9 square kilometre), making it Oklahoma's 356th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 134 people, 55 households, and 32 families residing in the town. The population density was 120 people per square mile (46.33/kmē), it is the 148th least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. There were 57 housing units at an average density of 50.9 per square mile (19.65/kmē). The average household size was 2.44 people, and the average family size was 3.25 people.
