Grayson City is a city located in the Carter County, Kentucky, United States. In 2000, city's population was 3877 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3985, It is the 105th most populous in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The city encompasses an area of 2.5 sq mi (6.47 square kilometre), it is the 163rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
