Grayling City is one of the city of Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. It is home to over 194 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 170, It is 192nd most populous in Alaska. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 10.94 square miles (28.33 kmē), of which, 10.93 square miles (28.31 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 233rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 194 residents, 51 households, and 38 families in the city. The population density was 17.7 people per square mile (6.83/kmē), making its Alaska's 165th most densely populated city.
