Grandville City is a city located in Kent County, Michigan, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. Grandville City had an official population of 16263 in 2000. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 16718, giving it the 77th largest population among Michigan. It is spread over 7.61 mi˛ (19.71 sq km), of which, 7.41 square miles (19.19 sq km ) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 89th largest by total area among Michigan.
