Grandview City is one of the city of Louisa County, Iowa, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 600 inhabitants. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.19 square miles (0.49 kmē ), giving it the 76th smallest by total area among Iowa.
