Grand View City, Owyhee County, Idaho is a city located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. It is home to over 470 people (2000 census). The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 462, It is the 128th most populous in the U.S. state of Idaho. It has total area of 0.57 mi˛ (1.48 square kilometre), of which, 0.55 square miles (1.42 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 137th largest by area in the U.S. state of Idaho.

As of the census of 2000, there were 470 people, 187 households, and 126 families living in the city. The population density was 856.7 people per square mile (330.77/km˛), it would be the 131st most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Idaho. There were 228 housing units at an average density of 414.5 per square mile (160.04/km˛). The average household size was 2.51 and the average family size was 3.08. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 30.9% under the age of 18, 11.5% from 18 to 24, 24.5% from 25 to 44, 17.9% from 45 to 64, and 15.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 95.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.2 males. The median age of the city's population was 33.7 years, the median age of male residents at 32.3 and the median age of female residents at 34.3. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 436 White, Black or African American, 9 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 6 from two or more races and 19 Ohter races.
