Grand River City is one of the city of Decatur County, Iowa, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Grand River City had an official population of 225 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 191, making it the 270th least populous in Iowa. The city encompasses an area of 0.21 sq mi (0.54 square kilometre), it is the 94th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Iowa.
