Grand Coulee City is a United States city located in the Grant County, Washington, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 897 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 928, making it the 168th least populous in Washington. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.19 sq mi (3.08 kmē), of which, 1.1 square miles (2.85 kmē) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 kmē) of it is water, making it Washington's 126th smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 897 people in the city, organized into 410 households, and 247 families residing in the city. The population density was 816.9 people per square mile (315.41/kmē), it is the 297th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Washington.
