Grainola Town is a one of the Osage County, Oklahoma, located in Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The town has a population of 31 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 30 in July 2008, It is the 18th least populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The town has a total area of 0.24 mi˛ (0.62 square kilometre), giving it the 68th smallest by total area among Oklahoma.
