Grady City is a city located in the Lincoln County, Arkansas, United States. In 2000, the population was 523. The July 2008 population estimate is 456, It is the 284th largest by population in the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city comprises an area of 1.88 sq mi (4.87 square kilometre), makes it the 258th largest by total area in Arkansas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 523 residents, 184 households, and 142 families in the city. The population density was 278 people per square mile (107.34/kmē), it would be the 158th least densely populated city in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
