Govan Town is one of the town of Bamberg County, South Carolina, located towards the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 67 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 62, making it the fifth least populous in South Carolina. It has total area of 0.75 square miles (1.94 sq km), makes it the 25th smallest by total area in South Carolina.
