Goodview City is a city located in the Winona County, Minnesota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 3373. Its population was estimated at 3565 in July 2008, It is Minnesota's 169th largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.95 mi˛ (5.05 sq km), of which, 1.73 square miles (4.48 sq km) of it is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 sq km) of it is water, making it the 325th largest by size in Minnesota.
