Goodman Town is a United States town located in the Holmes County, Mississippi, United States. Goodman Town had an official population of 1252 in 2000. The July 2008 population estimate is 1226, It is the 161st largest in terms of population. The town has a total area of 0.83 mi˛ (2.15 sq km), of which, 0.82 square miles (2.12 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 47th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
