Gloster Town is a one of the Amite County, Mississippi, located in Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 1073 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 1026, making it the 173rd most populous in Mississippi. The town spans an area of 1.82 mi˛ (4.71 square kilometre), makes it the 196th largest by total area in Mississippi.
