Glendo Town is one of the town of Platte County, Wyoming, located towards the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. Glendo Town had an official population of 229 in 2000. The July 2008 population estimate is 215, giving it the 118th largest population among Wyoming. The town extends throughout a territory of 0.53 square miles (1.37 kmē ), making it Wyoming's 31st smallest by total area.
