Glendale City is a one of the Maricopa County, Arizona, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Glendale City is home to 218812 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 251522, making it the fourth most populous in Arizona. It has total area of 55.75 sq mi (144.39 sq km), of which, 55.68 square miles (144.21 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 21st largest by total area among Arizona.
