Glen Town is a United States town located in the Alcorn County, Mississippi, United States. In 2000, town's population was 286 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 299, making it the 39th least populous in Mississippi. The town extends throughout a territory of 4.69 square miles (12.15 square kilometre ), of which, 4.68 square miles (12.12 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Mississippi's 117th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 286 people, 121 households, and 88 families residing in the town. The population density was 61.1 people per square mile (23.59/kmē), it is the eighth least densely populated town in the U.S. state of Mississippi. There were 133 housing units at an average density of 28.4 per square mile (10.97/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.36 persons, and the average family size was 2.86 persons. In the town the population is diverse age-wise, with 22.4% under the age of 18, 7.3% from 18 to 24, 27.6% from 25 to 44, 25.2% from 45 to 64, and 17.5% who were 65 or older.
