Glen Ridge Borough is one of the borough of Essex County, New Jersey, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The borough has a population of 7271 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 6662, It is the 224th most populous in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Its area is just over 1.28 sq mi (3.32 sq km), making it the 122nd smallest by size in New Jersey.
