Gladstone City is one of the city of Clay County, Missouri, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 26365. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 28243, making it Missouri's 24th largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 8 square miles (20.72 sq km), it is the 72nd largest in terms of geographical size.
