Girard Borough, Erie County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of the borough was 3164 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 2928 in July 2008, It is the 436th largest in terms of population. It is spread over 2.35 sq mi (6.09 sq km), giving it the 304th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
