Germantown Village, Washington County, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 18260 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 19594, making it the 39th most populous in Wisconsin. The city spans an area of 34.46 sq mi (89.25 square kilometre), of which, 34.42 square miles (89.15 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 11th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

The population density was 530.5 people per square mile (204.83/kmē), making it the 192nd least densely populated city in Wisconsin.
