Georgetown Town is a one of the Copiah County, Mississippi, located in Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 344 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 352 in July 2008, making it the 54th least populous in Mississippi. The town encompasses an area of 0.68 square miles (1.76 sq km ), of which, 0.67 square miles (1.74 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 36th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Mississippi.
