Georgetown Town is a United States town located in the Sussex County, Delaware, United States. In 2000, town's population was 4643 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 5233, making it the 20th most populous in Delaware. It covers total area of 4.13 sq mi (10.7 sq km), it is the 13th largest by area in the U.S. state of Delaware.
