Gaylord City, Michigan is a city of the Otsego County, Michigan, United States. The population of the city was 3681 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 3593 in July 2008, making it Michigan's 226th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 3.95 square miles (10.23 kmē ), of which, 3.95 square miles (10.23 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, making it the 191st largest by size in Michigan.
