Gasconade County is a county located in the United States of Missouri. Gasconade County had an official population of 15342 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 15261, It is the 68th most populous county in the U.S. state of Missouri. It covers total area of 526.09 mi˛ (1362.57 sq km), of which, 520.67 square miles (1348.53 sq km) of it is land and 5.43 square miles (14.06 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 75th largest by total area in Missouri.
