Garland City, Utah is a city of the Box Elder County, Utah, United States. In 2000, the population was 1943. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2059, giving it the 121st largest population among Utah. Its area is just over 1.77 square miles (4.58 kmē), makes it the 74th smallest by total area in Utah.
