Garfield Heights City is a city located in the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. In 2000, city's population was 30734 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 27734, making it Ohio's 45th largest. The city encompasses an area of 7.31 square miles (18.93 sq km ), of which, 7.23 square miles (18.73 sq km) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 sq km) of it is water, it is the 141st largest by area in the U.S. state of Ohio.
