Gardner City is a city located in Worcester County, Massachusetts, in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. The city has a population of 20770 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 20682, making it the 65th most populous in Massachusetts. The city comprises an area of 23 square miles (59.57 square kilometre), of which, 22.19 square miles (57.47 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.81 square miles (2.1 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 23rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Massachusetts.
