Garden Village is a United States city located in the Delta County, Michigan, United States. In 2000, city's population was 240 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 223, giving it the 24th smallest population among Michigan. The city extends throughout a territory of 1.02 sq mi (2.64 sq km ), of which, 0.85 square miles (2.2 sq km) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 sq km) of it is water, it is the 149th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Michigan.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 240 residents, 104 households, and 74 families in the city. The population density was 283.1 people per square mile (109.31/kmē), it is Michigan's 46th least densely populated city.
